RETURNS & REFUNDS

This policy applies to all products purchased from Mane Tailor, online or in-salon.

1. Hygiene Policy

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any items that have been:

  • Opened

  • Used

  • Removed from original packaging

All such sales are final.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available only for products confirmed to be faulty.
Faults must be reported within 28 days of purchase or receipt.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Wear and tear

  • Incorrect aftercare

  • Lifestyle or environmental damage

  • Hair that has been cut, coloured, fitted, or altered

  • Third-party handling or fitting

3. Hair Extensions & Systems – Fault Procedure

  1. Contact Us within 28 days at manetailorhair@gmail.com, including photos and order details.

  2. Assessment – if valid, a Return Authorisation (RA) number will be issued.

  3. Return for Inspection – tracked postage at the customer’s cost.

  4. Manufacturer Inspection – may take up to 30 days.

  5. Outcome:

    • Fault confirmed → partial or full refund for the hair only

    • No fault → item returned, no refund

Service, fitting, and consultation fees are non-refundable.

4. Retail Products

Unopened retail products may be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase.
Opened items cannot be returned unless faulty.

5. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated at any time and takes effect immediately upon posting.
