Do you use real hair?
Yes, we use European hair throughout our range of Hair Replacement services. Our hair is sourced from very fine raw hair on the market, it is healthy and smooth, you could curl or dye the hair like your own hair.
Can I choose any colour and can I change colour once it’s installed?
Yes, absolutely! Most of the hair is already pre coloured with up to 80 colours to choose from you won’t be disappointed. If there isn’t a colour that quite matches what you want we can have them customised to your liking.
Is it comfortable?
Absolutely! We design our systems to be lightweight and breathable. It may take a few days to adjust to wearing something "foreign".
Do you get hot from wearing additional hair?
With more hair does come extra heat, not a huge amount but it will most certainly keep you warm in winter. Throughout the summer we can give you some styles to work with to keep you feeling cool while still looking fabulous.
Will my hair continue to grow?
This is all dependable on your current hair type and diagnosis of your hair loss. All methods have proven time and time again that your hair will continue to grow with regular maintenance. If this is not followed it could result in hair loss due to damage.
Can you see anything when the wind blows?
Absolutely not! The additional hair applied will be hidden throughout. You don’t need to worry, we have you covered.
How long does it last?
Up to 12 months - Correct aftercare is essential to maintain the quality of your hair extensions and to help prolong their life. It is important to not only follow the correct advice, but to also use the correct and recommended products. Failure to follow correct aftercare advice could cause damage to the hair extensions and decrease their lifespan.
Will I be OK in airports and hospital?
Yes, going through security in airports you should have no problem . If you are ever pulled to one side just tell them you wear extensions.
For MRI scans we advise you to ask your doctor. It is essential for it to be taken off for a head scan but this may vary on other areas.
Is all the work done in private?
Yes, we have a private studio where your hair replacement fitting will take place.
Do you do home visits?
Yes we do! In the comfort of your own home for privacy or if t=time is more convenient for you.
Can I continue to colour my own hair?
If you wish to colour your own hair, we will advise you which is the best way to do so without touching your new hair.
How often do I need maintenance?
This can vary depending on what method you have along with how secure you like them to be.

Wigs, when hair is due to be changed.
Will my new hair be easy to wash?
At first you might find this a little tricky, but don’t worry the aftercare advise should help you along the way. If not you can come in for a tutorial.
What aftercare products can I use?
Aftercare products in house are advised. We use Malibu C & Milkshake you don’t want to use cheap products after paying a lot of money for your hair. The correct aftercare advise is given to all clients following your first service.

Are payment plans available?
Payment plans are available from the very start. Helping you cover the cost over a time that suits you.
Monthly payments will need to be made.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
We ask you to pay a 50% deposit upon booking your appointment. This is non refundable if you cancel within 72hrs. You are able to reschedule for another day.
Can I build my own package?
Absolutely! There is something here for everyone. Packages can be made to suit you from the start and your continued maintenance appointments. Spreading the cost monthly.
Are deposits refundable?
Unfortunately no, nearly all of our hair is ordered in for each individual needs.
Can I return my hair?
No, due to the nature of this product once worn it cannot be returned or exchanged. If proven faulty by our suppliers it will be exchanged or repaired. This comes after being posted back to them for analysis.
