Holiday Hair Policy
We understand that you want to enjoy your holiday without worrying about your hair extensions. However, please note the following terms regarding the care and condition of your extensions while traveling:
1. **Liability for Hair Extensions on Holiday**
We cannot be held responsible for any damage, deterioration, or changes in the condition of your hair extensions while you are on holiday. Exposure to different climates, water, and environmental factors may affect the quality of your extensions.
2. **Recommendation for Travel**
We recommend traveling with an older set of extensions if you are going on holiday, particularly to hot or humid climates. Newer extensions may dry out more quickly due to extreme weather conditions.
3. **Color Changes in Blonde Extensions**
In rare cases, blonde hair extensions may turn an orange or yellow tint while on holiday. This is often caused by exposure to hard water, which contains a high level of oxidized minerals. Certain hotels may have water with these qualities, which can alter the color of blonde hair extensions.
4. **Sun Protection**
We recommend using mineral-based sunscreens while on holiday, as chemical-based sunscreens can sometimes negatively interact with hair extensions, potentially causing discoloration or dryness.
