Your ideal method is determined during a private consultation where we assess your hair, lifestyle, and long-term goals.

What happens during the consultation?
We carry out a full hair assessment, discuss suitable methods, colour-match, and create a personalised plan tailored entirely to you.

Can I choose any colour?
Yes. With over 80 pre-coloured shades and custom blending options, we can match or create your perfect colour. Including grey hair!

Will my new hair look natural?
Absolutely. Each system is fitted with precision to ensure flawless blending and an undetectable finish.

Is the hair comfortable to wear?
Yes our systems and extensions are all lightweight, breathable, and designed for all-day comfort. A short settling-in period is normal.

Will my natural hair continue to grow?
With proper maintenance, our methods support healthy, ongoing hair growth. Your safety and hair integrity are always prioritised.

How long does the hair last?
With correct aftercare, your hair can last up to 12 months, depending on the method and your lifestyle. Some parts of a hair system may need to be changed around 6 months.

How often will I need maintenance?
Maintenance varies by method. Mesh Integration: 4–6 weeks, Meshless: 4–6 weeks, Extensions: 6-8 weeks, Toppers: as required.

Is everything done privately?
Yes all consultations and fittings take place in our private hair solutions salon for complete comfort and discretion. A further private room is also available.

Can I exercise, sleep, or travel with my system?
Yes. Most methods are suitable for everyday activities, and we’ll advise you on best practices during your fitting.

What aftercare products do I need?
We recommend premium products such as Malibu C and Biolage to maintain the softness, shine, and longevity of your hair.

Will my hair discolour?
High-quality hair can naturally change tone over time due to factors such as sun exposure, heat styling, hard water, or using unsuitable products. To minimise this, we recommend using our approved aftercare range and protecting your hair from UV and chlorine where possible.

Do I need to pay a booking fee?
Yes a 50% booking fee is required to secure your appointment. It is non-refundable once hair is ordered, though rescheduling is available.

Can I return my hair or change my mind?
Due to the bespoke nature of our services, returns are not possible once the hair has been worn. If a supplier fault is identified, your piece will be repaired or replaced.
